Problem Note 56287: Large SAS® Real-Time Decision Manager campaigns might respond slowly in SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio

Your decision campaign might validate very slowly in SAS Customer Intelligence Studio if the campaign contains many nodes between the Start and Reply nodes in the logical sequence. When this problem occurs, the lengthy internal validation process makes the campaign slow to display, to save, and to fully validate in the user interface.

A possible workaround is to break the logic into subsections and then to move each subsection into a subcampaign that is called by the primary (parent) campaign. However, not all business logic is easy to divide in this way.
